Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 January 2026

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Faro Cripto website or platform. By accessing or using our services you agree to be bound by them.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Faro Cripto ("we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the Faro Cripto website, dashboard, analytics tools and related services (together, the "Platform"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and are not prohibited from receiving our services under any applicable law or sanctions regime. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Certain features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to notify us without undue delay if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

4. Description of Services

The Platform provides market tracking for digital assets such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, AI-assisted market analysis, dashboards, risk management tools and reporting features. Some outputs are illustrative and may be based on historical data, models or assumptions. We may add, modify or discontinue features at any time, although we will take reasonable steps to notify you of material changes.

5. No Financial Advice

Information provided through the Platform is for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset, or an offer or solicitation to deal in any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and you should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

6. User Obligations

When using the Platform you agree not to:

7. Fees and Payments

Access to certain features may be subject to fees displayed at the point of purchase or in your account. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We may change our fees on reasonable notice, and changes will not affect payments already made for a period you have paid for.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos and the "Faro Cripto" name, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may link to or rely on data supplied by third parties, including market data providers, payment processors and exchanges. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, accuracy or their own terms and privacy practices.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any analysis will be accurate or profitable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Where you are a consumer, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. Subject to the above, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Platform is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, pose a security risk, or are required to do so by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, and we encourage you to raise any concern with us first so that we can attempt to resolve it informally.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Contact Us

If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at [email protected] or write to Corn Street 59, EC3M 4AJ Edinburgh, GB.
